Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

For freezing apple cider, leave the bottle open in an upright position in the freezer. As it doesn’t contain any added preservatives, you can store it confidently.

It is an ancient folk that helps in reducing weight and lowers blood sugar level.

  • Balsamic Vinegar

The balsamic vinegar is made from whole grapes or its ‘must (freshly pressed fruit juice)’. It contains about 4% acetic acid. It is originated in Italy.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

You can use this product for salad dressing, marinating meat and other similar purposes. Once refrigerated or frozen, you can use it for months and even years respectively.

  • Rice Vinegar

It is made from a concentrate of rice (without any distillation) or sugars from rice.

The process leads to produce milder flavor than the cider vinegar. The acidity range of this substance is from 4% – 7%.

You can store and freeze rice vinegar for preparing sweet-and-sour dishes, pickling vegetables and more.
